Refund Policy
Refunds for Chocolate Products
Due to the artisanal, perishable nature of chocolate, we do not accept returns.
Refunds may be granted ONLY IF:
- wrong items were delivered
- product arrived melted or damaged
- packaging was severely compromised
- order was not delivered
- major quality deviation is verified
Photo evidence required within 30 minutes of delivery.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of placement.
After preparation begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
Refund Timeline
Refunds require:
- 5–10 business days
- processing through original payment method
